During covid we ask that only guests who are staying with us ( 2 per cottage only ) enjoy the property. Please visit your Island friends and family at their place and not ours. We have other guests to consider and ourselves. We go to great lengths to provide a safe and clean cottage and environment to enjoy while staying here.

Please do not move furniture around the cottage or remove it from where it was placed when you arrived. The floor is hardwood and is scratched easy. No shoes on the furniture or inside the cottage. We are happy to provide slippers in the winter months. No fireworks are permitted at anytime. No smoking on the property Fire pits are used in the summer season only and not in the rain please. You must bring your own wood already chopped as we don’t lend out tools for chopping wood. If you use the BBQ you must clean it and replace the cover after use. If it’s left dirty and uncovered you will be charged extra cleaning fees.

Please no pets for any reason are allowed on the property as we have a very dog aggressive dog and horses who live on the property. Ruby loves people but will not tolerate another dog on her property. We are on a septic system so will be advised of the sensitivity of using toilets and running water. Any coolers must remain outside and are not to be brought into the cottage. You must have a lock system to keep local wildlife out of it. We have plenty of grocery stores in the area and only have a small fridge so dining out and bringing only a small amount of groceries is recommended until you are here.tp familiarize yourself with the space available.

Thank you for being understanding and abide by our rules as they are in place so we all can have a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy your self while staying on our property.

Lovely, modern little cabins on a tranquil acreage overlooking a pond and the prancing horses. I’d definitely stay here again.
